Etsy Shop... CainandAble

I recently decided to try my hand at owning an Etsy shop.  So far it has been slow, no sales yet but I really have not put much time into it either.  I am looking for suggestions from any of you out there that have a shop, I welcome all positive and negative comments. 
A little about my shop... I was planning on selling homemade maternity gowns for the hospital and onesies.  The first onesie I made was just iron on lettering, I am planning on doing a few with a chevron shirt that is added onto a onesie and a few sets of the monthly onesies.  I may throw in a hair bow or two, possibly some bibs and burp cloths too.  One of my main focuses will be the maternity gowns.  Here is the one I wore while I was in the hospital with Sawyer...

This is not a full time gig for me just a creative outlet after my daytime job.  On my shop I was going to leave it up to the buyer to pick out a fabric style but I think it may be best to just make them and list them rather than leave it up to the buyer.  I found two really cute fabrics and I will get those done and posted soon.  These can be great shower gifts or personal gifts if you are expecting.
