I hope my readers have been enjoying these workouts! I know I have. They are not long and definitely not easy and the good thing is you do not have to spend any money. Today we are focusing on arms. Make sure you rest 15 seconds in between each exercise. If you need more time take it, the goal is not to see how fast you can do everything, it is to make sure you do all the sets. Ok here we go....
50 Jumping Jacks
25 Push Ups
100 Jumping Jacks
30 Push Ups
50 Bag Punches (Pretend there is a punching bag in front of you and alternate each arm punching towards it)
25 Dips (Use a sofa, ottoman or whatever, dip down to a 90* angle and then back up)
100 Bag Punches
50 Dips
50 Jump Rope (Pretend you are jumping rope in place, make sure to do the arm motions as you jump)
1 Minute Small Arm Circles (hold your arms out straight to each side- make small circles keeping your arms even with your shoulders)
100 Jump Rope
2 Minutes Small Arm Circles (try 3 minutes if you want a challenge)\
100 Crunches
50 Push Ups
100 Crunches
50 Push Ups
Make sure you drink water during and after. Enjoy!
