I hope everyone had a nice weekend! What did everyone do this weekend? I like to use my weekends for my longer outdoor workouts and this weekends weather made it perfect. Feel free to post any good races or outdoor events, I am always looking for new things to do.
It's Monday and that means you need to get a good workout in to get your week started off GREAT!
**15 second rest between exercises**
50 Jumping Jacks
25 Squat and Curls (Grab 2 soup cans from your pantry. When you are going down in the squat use the cans as your weights and do arm curls at the same time.)
100 Jumping Jacks
50 Squat and Curls
50 Butt Kicks (Stand in place and kick one leg at a time up to touch your butt)
25 Lunges*Each Leg (Lung in place)
100 Butt Kicks
50 Lunges*Each Leg
50 High Knees (Stand in place and rotate kicking your knee up to your chest)
25 Squat and Calf Raises (Go own into a squat position and finish on your toes doing a calf raise)
100 High Knees
50 Squat and Calf Raises
100 Crunches
25 Push Ups
100 Crunches
25 Push Ups
