Daily Workout

So I am curious, I know the first daily workout received a few views.... Does anyone have any feedback??  I thought it was very tough, even though it was short it was NOT easy.  I am excited to see if anyone felt the same way.
Ok here is today's workout.....

*Remember... 10 second rest between exercise*
50 Jump Rope (if you do not have a jump rope just act like you have an imaginary jump rope)
25 Push Ups
100 Jump Rope
50 Push Ups
50 Jump Squats (Squat down-touch the ground-jump with you hands to the ceiling)
25 Dips (use your sofa or coffee table, put your arms behind you and your legs out straight, dip down to where your arms will be in a 90* angle)
100 Jump Squats
50 Dips
50 Boxing Punches (Squat down hold abs tight and rotate punching arms)
1 Minute Arm Hold (grab any two objects in the house-I use the tops to my pots and pans-stand straight- hold your arms out to your side even with your shoulders- objects in hand- hold for 1 minute)
100 Boxing Punches
2 Minute Arm Hold
100 Crunches
1 Minute Plank
100 Crunches
1 Minute Plank
