The Start of the Daily Workout

I have been trying to think of a way I could incorporate fitness into this blog and I think I finally have a way!  I love training and working out, mostly because I have a great training partner....my husband, but I hear from people all the time saying "if I had the time" or "I don't have a gym membership".  I am going to start a daily workout section that is free, short and all the equipment is located in your own home.  Please add comments, questions or results you have achieved. ** I am not a personal trainer, just a girl that likes to workout and find ways to work out for free around the house.

Workout #1
**10 SECOND REST BETWEEN EACH EXERCISE**
50 Jumping Jacks
30 Sec. Wall Squat (count to 30 while you squat against a wall)
100 Jumping Jacks
60 Sec. Wall Squat
50 High Knee Kicks (stand in place kicking your knees up towards your chest, one at a time)
25 Calf Raises (find a set of stairs in your house, hold on to the rail, place toes on the edge of a step and   raise up and down)
100 High Knee Kicks
50 Calf Raises
50 Butt Kicks (stand in place kicking your heels up to your butt, one foot at a time)
25 Squat/Calf Raise (start with the squat and finish on you tops for a combined squat and calf raise)
100 Butt Kicks
50 Squat/Calf Raise
100 Crunches
25 Push Ups
100 Crunches
25 Push Ups
