Workout while drying your hair...

This exercise is easy and it can be incorporated in your daily life.  I think I started doing this when I was in high school and now it is a habit.  Here all you have to do......

When you blow dry your hair, either in the morning or at night incorporate calf raises and squats.  It usually takes me ten minutes to dry my hair and by the time I am done my legs have had one tough workout.  I will start doing calf raises then transition into a squatting position.  When I am in the squatting position I act like I am doing a walk squat (so no up and down, just squat).  Then when I flip my hair over I can only manage a squat.  Maybe some of you are more coordinated than me but I don't have that coordination and I am not looking to get injured, I just want toned legs.  I try to keep the rotation up as long as I can with no breaks and when I do finally take a break I only rest about 5 to 10 seconds.

So next time you are drying your hair give this a try.  It will make the time go by faster and you will get toned legs!!
