Triathlon Mom Weekly Workout

I am 4 1/2 weeks away from my first triathlon back after having Sawyer and training is getting tougher.  This past weekend I realized the importance of time management.  Here is this weeks workout, enjoy...

Monday.... Walk 3 miles- Use this day as a recovery day from the long weekend workouts

Tuesday.... Spin class or at home stationary bike for 45 minutes

Wednesday.... Run 5 miles at your local park while pushing baby

Thursday.... Spin Class for 45 minutes or Swim 650 meters

Friday.... Spin class for 45 minutes in the morning before work... Swim 500 meters or Run 5 miles in the afternoon as a family

Saturday.... Go to your local park and Run 5 miles

Sunday.... Get outside and bike 15 miles, do a 3 mile run after.

Remember to drink plenty of water!!
