Triathlon Weekly Workout

I am behind on this weeks workout, and didn't even post last weeks...Sorry.  I could throw in many excuses here but like my basketball motto from high school... "Excuses are like belly buttons, everyone has one" I hated that saying back then when the coach would use it but it is so true.  Anyways, here is this weeks mommy's that Tri workout:

Monday- Run 3 miles pushing baby in stroller.  After running do a circuit workout (3 exercises, I did squats, push-ups and step ups on a raised step)

Tuesday- HITTS workout video of the day

Wednesday- Swim 500 meters

Thursday- Run 3 miles/Swim 500

Friday- Bike 15 miles

Saturday- Run 9 miles (I am doing a 5k/10k challenge)

Sunday- Bike 15 miles/Run 5 miles
