This week is my one last push before the taper next week leading up to race day September 29th! It is a good thing my baby girl loves her stroller and being outdoors. of course we make sure we are working out at a park that has a swing so she can play after our run or bike. I have realized how blessed we are with our little one- she plays in the stroller with a few of her toys and then she enjoys nap time all while I get in a workout and she seems to love that more than playing on her mat at home. Here she is during one of our runs at Stone Mountain Park- stylish :)
Monday... Bike 15 miles/Run 3 miles *Brick workout
Tuesday... Run 3 miles/ Swim 600 *Run at the park, play with the little one at the play area after then have your partner drop you off at the gym for a quick swim while the little one and hubs go to Target for 15 minutes.
Wednesday... Run 5 miles, do 10 miles if you have the time
Thursday... Bike 15 miles
Friday... Swim 5 in the morning/ Run 5 miles in the afternoon
Saturday... Run 3 miles + 5 hill sprints
Sunday... Funday- enjoy with family. We will be camping so I am sure we will get a walk or hike in.
